These terms and conditions establish general rules for website usage and conditions for offered services, including terms for connecting legal/advocacy service-seeking clients with lawyers. The parties to this agreement are Advocatus LLC (ID: 420438397) (hereinafter referred to as "Company") and you (hereinafter referred to as "User"). If you do not agree with these terms of website usage, please do not provide your personal data in the relevant fields and cease using the website.

1. General Rules and Scope
1.1. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the website user and the Company.
1.2. By using the website, you confirm that you are a capable person of at least 18 years of age.
1.3. We take all reasonable measures to ensure your access to services is constant, uninterrupted, and secure. We provide no guarantees regarding this. Specifically, we do not guarantee that using services or their individual components will be protected from computer viruses. Also, we do not accept responsibility for damages that may be caused by delays or interruptions in our services or their individual components.

3. About Our Service
3.1. The Company manages a website that connects users seeking legal/advocacy services with partner lawyers.
3.2. The Company does not directly provide legal/advocacy services; these services are provided by independent lawyers registered on our website (hereinafter referred to as "Partner Lawyer" or "Partner Lawyers").
3.3. Financial and professional responsibility for legal/advocacy services to users rests with the Partner Lawyer.
3.4. The website also allows account creation, information receipt, and document generation.
3.5. By entering information on the website, you agree to provide only accurate, complete information and update this information when it changes.
3.6. By entering information on the website, you also consent that your provided information will be stored and used for service provision. The Company may share this information with Partner Lawyers.
3.7. Individuals and legal entities whose website access and service usage rights have been terminated by Advocatus LLC are not permitted to use the website.

4. Partner Lawyer Search and Connection
4.1. The website allows lawyer searches using various criteria (specialization, work experience, location, working languages, etc.).
4.2. Users can view lawyer profiles and contact them through various means (messaging, call requests, scheduling online consultations).
4.3. Partner Lawyers are responsible for the accuracy of information posted on their profiles.
4.4. When posting information, communicating with users, and providing advocacy/legal services, Partner Lawyers must act according to and maintain Company standards: Quality Assurance Manual and Ethics Code.

5. Fees and Payment
5.1. Some website services are paid. For paid services, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen services.
5.2. Legal/advocacy service fees are determined by the Partner Lawyer.
5.3. Legal/advocacy service fees can be paid through the website, where the Company acts only as an intermediary between users and Partner Lawyers.

6. Confidentiality Policy
6.1. The confidentiality policy is defined in the following document:

6.2. The confidentiality policy extends to Partner Lawyers.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Company strives and will continue to strive to offer the best service to users, including in Partner Lawyer selection and technological innovation implementation, but the Company does not guarantee that:
7.1.1. The service will function without interruption, securely, or be available at any specific time or place;
7.1.2. Any errors or defects will be corrected;
7.1.3. The service is free from viruses or other harmful components;
7.1.4. Service usage results will meet your requirements.

8. Applicable Law
8.1. In case of disputes, usage terms are governed by and interpreted according to Georgian legislation.
8.2. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of our service and these terms of use must be submitted only to Georgian courts through regular procedures.
8.3. We express readiness to consider any user complaints and offer settlement terms if needed.
8.4. You agree that in case of dispute, if proceeding in court, the claim filing and case proceedings will occur in Tbilisi Common Court regardless of your actual/legal location.
8.5. The parties agree that first instance court decisions in favor of Advocatus LLC will be immediately enforced.

9. Changes
9.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or replace terms and conditions at its discretion at any time.

10. Final Provisions
10.1. These terms and conditions of use, along with other related documents, constitute a single and complete agreement regarding the website.
10.2. If any clause or part of this document is cancelled, invalidated, or terminated for any reason, that clause or part will no longer apply, which will not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions.
