Real Estate Registration:

1. Initial Registration - Registration of a land plot or building based on a document confirming ownership/lawful possession (e.g. gardener's book, acceptance certificate, tax list), as well as applying to the Ownership Recognition Commission to obtain ownership rights over illegally occupied land plots, liaising with surveyors to prepare cadastral drawings of land plots, as well as interior drawings of buildings.

2. Subsequent Registration - Registration of ownership rights based on an inheritance certificate (service includes all procedures required to obtain an inheritance certificate, including liaison with a notary); sale, gift, exchange, life annuity contracts, as well as encumbering real estate with a mortgage or other real rights (easement, usufruct, preliminary sale).

3. Registration of Changes to Registered Data of Subjects or Objects, including adding a co-owner, registering a building on a registered land plot (with the possibility of obtaining necessary construction documents such as a building permit and subsequent commissioning certificate), changing the area of a registered building (with the possibility of obtaining a new interior drawing), changing the boundaries of a registered land plot (with the possibility of obtaining a new cadastral drawing).

4. Approval of building red lines, or registration of changes to already registered red line boundaries; (with the possibility of preparing minutes of the relevant homeowners' association meeting) arranging/preparing necessary documents, assisting in the real estate registration process with the registration authority, and drafting necessary contracts, including sale, lease, and rental agreements.
