The service of visiting a detainee in a temporary detention isolator can be carried out at any time of the day, 24 hours a day.

 

Protection of the interests of the accused/convicted during plea bargaining - implies protecting the rights of the accused/convicted when concluding a plea bargain with the prosecutor's office. Our lawyers will advise you on the plea agreement, inform you of your rights and the expected outcomes after concluding the plea agreement. The service includes the negotiation stage, its conclusion, and representation during the court's approval of the plea agreement.

 

Representation of witness/victim - implies protecting the rights of a witness, victim, and potential victim in investigative bodies and in court. This includes attending investigative actions, including during questioning, as well as legal services in investigative bodies, the prosecutor's office, and the court during the investigation stage and before the start of the investigation, by submitting complaints and statements.
