The iuristi.ge team has been offering services related to commercial and non-commercial organizations to users since 2017. Our activities include the following areas:

 

Registration of companies in the business registry - Registration of business entities (General Partnership, Limited Partnership, Limited Liability Company, Joint Stock Company, Cooperative), Non-entrepreneurial Non-commercial Legal Entity, and Branch of a Foreign Enterprise in the business registry. Preparation of individual charters, founding agreements/shareholder agreements, and other documents.

 

Registration in the Economic Activities Registry - Identification and registration of activities subject to mandatory registration in the Economic Activities Registry.

 

Assistance in obtaining permits and licenses - Legal assistance in obtaining licenses and permits established by the Georgian Law on "Licenses and Permits".

 

Preparation of employment contracts and internal regulations - Preparation of employment contracts between the enterprise and employees, and internal regulations of the enterprise.

 

Drafting of partners' general meeting minutes - Preparation of minutes for general meetings of partners in General Partnerships, Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies, shareholders' general meetings of Joint Stock Companies, and members' general meetings of Cooperatives. Legal assistance in convening general meetings.

 

Preparation of share purchase agreements - Preparation of purchase and gift agreements for enterprise shares/stakes/stocks.

 

Special legal services for startups - Drafting vesting agreements for startups, preparing/legally analyzing contracts to be concluded with investors.
