1. Purpose
1.1 This Quality Assurance Manual establishes standards for lawyers providing legal services through iuristi.ge to ensure high-quality legal services for all clients.

2. Lawyer Qualifications
2.1 Verification: All lawyers must provide proof of active Bar Association membership and specialization.
2.2 Experience: Lawyers must have minimum 1 year relevant experience in their practice areas.
2.3 Continuing Education: Lawyers must meet continuing legal education requirements set by Georgian Bar Association.

3. Client Communication
3.1 Response Time: Lawyers must respond to initial client inquiries within maximum one hour during business days.
3.2 Updates: Lawyers must provide case updates at least every 7 days or when significant events occur.
3.3 Clarity: All communication must be clear, concise, and in language understandable to clients.

4. Service Delivery
4.1 Timeliness: Lawyers must meet all deadlines agreed with clients or set by courts.
4.2 Thoroughness: All legal work must be comprehensive and cover all aspects of client's matter.
4.3 Quality Control: Lawyers must implement internal review system for all significant documents and advice.

5. Client Satisfaction
5.1 Feedback: Clients will be encouraged to provide feedback after each assignment.
5.2 Minimum Rating: Lawyers must maintain minimum average rating of 4.3 out of 5 stars.
5.3 Feedback Response: Lawyers must professionally respond to any negative feedback within 3 business days.

6. Ethical Standards
6.1 Compliance: Lawyers must comply with platform's Ethics Code and Georgian Bar Association's Professional Ethics Rules.
6.2 Conflict Checks: Lawyers must conduct thorough conflict of interest checks before accepting any new client.

7. Documentation and Record Keeping
7.1 Client Files: Lawyers must maintain organized and complete client files.
7.2 Engagement Letters: Clear engagement letters must be provided for all services.
7.3 Billing: Clients must regularly receive detailed, itemized billing statements.

8. Technology and Security
8.1 Platform Knowledge: Lawyers must demonstrate competency in using platform features.
8.2 Data Security: Lawyers must implement appropriate measures to protect client data.

9. Specialization and Expertise
9.1 Accurate Representation: Lawyers must accurately represent their areas of expertise in their profiles.
9.2 Referrals: Lawyers must refer matters beyond their expertise to appropriate specialists on the platform.

10. Availability and Commitment
10.1 Calendar Management: Lawyers must regularly update their availability calendar on the platform.
10.2 Workload Management: Lawyers must not accept more cases than they can competently manage.

11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Client Complaints: Lawyers must promptly and professionally attempt to resolve client complaints.
11.2 Mediation: Unresolved disputes may be subject to mediation through platform's dispute resolution process.

12. Performance Monitoring
12.1 Regular Review: Platform will regularly assess lawyer performance based on client feedback, responsiveness, and compliance with these guidelines.
12.2 Improvement Plans: Lawyers failing to meet standards may be required to complete improvement plans.

13. Continuous Improvement
13.1 Incorporating Feedback: Lawyers must continuously improve their services based on client feedback and platform suggestions.
13.2 Best Practices: Lawyers are encouraged to share best practices with platform community.

14. Compliance and Enforcement
14.1 Agreement: All lawyers must agree to these guidelines to participate on platform.
14.2 Audit: Platform reserves right to conduct random audits to ensure compliance.
14.3 Consequences: Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in warnings, suspension, or platform removal.

15. Changes
15.1 Updates: These guidelines may be periodically updated. Lawyers will be notified of any changes and must agree to continue using platform.
