Education
In 2014, I graduated from the Faculty of Law at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University and was awarded a Bachelor of Laws degree. In 2018, I graduated from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and was awarded a Master's degree in European and International Business Law. Since 2021, I have been a member of the LEPL Georgian Bar Association, and I was also a member of the Labor Law Committee of the same association. In July 2022, I participated in a Bench-Bar meeting (a meeting of judges and lawyers) regarding judicial practice and international standards related to labor legislation. Since 2023, I have been a member of the LEPL Mediators Association of Georgia and a certified mediator. Additionally, I have received numerous certificates on various current legal issues: equality, sexual harassment, personal data protection, implementation of EU law, intellectual property law, mediation, case law of the European Court of Human Rights, tax law, etc. My working language is Georgian; I am also proficient in German and English.
Work Experience
Currently, I am a lawyer with a general specialization, and additional specializations in children's rights (civil) and juvenile justice. I have 7 years of experience in legal practice. I have worked at: non-profit organizations: "Democracy Index - Georgia" as an analyst for the project "Monitoring of Parliamentary Activities"; "Georgian Young Lawyers' Association" as a legal consultant; the Georgian Trade Union Confederation as a lawyer; and "Kasta" LLC as a lawyer.
